    Alfred, the front store worker, is the absolute best. My bf and I came here during restaurant week looking to grab some Homeroom before heading back to the SouthBay. We walked into Homeroom as they were closing so they sent us down to Homeroom To Go. We walked over leaving our car at Homeroom. After answering all my bf's questions about vegan cheese and then helping me choose a non-vegan one, we walked back to our car while we waited to go pick up the order. Alfred chatted with us for a few minutes and apologized to me (unnecessarily and sweetly) for not having any of the ones I wanted and as I struggled to read the menu on the wall (I have bad eyes) While we waited, we walked to get our car. We mentioned we had a far trek home so he said he'd come out with the order as soon as it was done to save us time (it was late) but I didn't expect that he actually would. As soon as we pulled in, I ran in and he surprised us by bringing us the food and then a bottle of water for the road! He was the kindest and loveliest person to encounter that evening. I hope he's doing well. Just for Alfred I'd come back but the Mac and Cheese was yummy, lasted 2 meals and enjoyable too

    5 stars for Alfred :) Amazing customer service. He was so nice. Haven't even got my food yet, I'm literally standing here waiting for my order so this review is strictly for him and not even the food lol made the trip from Antioch worth it. The hot dog water was good too lol

    The front store worker was extremely kind and even offered me free dessert. During the wait for my food, he let me know about local communities and other places that I should try out. There is plenty of places to wait in and outside of the store as well. I will definitely be coming here again.
